Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Ensure comprehensive records of customer interactions are maintained.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies.
  • Offer feedback to management on customer needs and service enhancements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist in the development of customer service training materials.
  • Participate in community outreach events as a representative of the company.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Advanced CRM software skills
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational
