Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace policies and compliance with regulations.
  • Track and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Organize team-building activities and staff events.
  • Advise management on effective HR planning and development.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve HR processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Certifications in HR practices are advantageous
Experience
  • 6+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
