Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, you will champion diversity initiatives and strategies aimed at fostering an inclusive company culture. Your role will include collaborating with HR teams to enhance diversity policies, ensuring equitable recruitment processes, and promoting awareness of the importance of diversity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies across the organization.
• Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on diversity issues.
• Monitor diversity metrics and report on progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to enhance recruitment strategies for diverse talent.
• Foster relationships with community organizations to promote the company's commitment to diversity.
• Create an inclusive environment that supports the different needs of employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant certifications in diversity and inclusion highly regarded

Experience

• 4-6 years in diversity, inclusion, or organizational development roles
