Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, you will champion diversity initiatives and strategies aimed at fostering an inclusive company culture. Your role will include collaborating with HR teams to enhance diversity policies, ensuring equitable recruitment processes, and promoting awareness of the importance of diversity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement communication strategies to promote diversity initiatives.
• Advocate for an inclusive culture by providing support to employee resource groups.
• Conduct research on diversity trends and present insights to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure inclusivity for new hires.
• Create metrics to measure the impact of diversity initiatives on business performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant certifications in diversity and inclusion highly regarded

Experience

• 4-6 years in diversity, inclusion, or organizational development roles
