We are searching for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our projects. You will work collaboratively with developers, engineers, and product managers to create user-friendly manuals, guides, and documentation. Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation across multiple platforms.
• Gather information through interviews and research to support documentation efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Review and update legacy documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new documentation initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in content structure and terminology across documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing roles
