Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Remote Support Technician to join our dedicated team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a genuine passion for helping clients resolve their IT issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining user guides and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to clients on IT-related queries.
  • Monitor and manage support ticket queues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
