Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our East London team. In this role, you will support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training sessions.
  • Provide advice and support on employee matters and grievances.
  • Collaborate in the development of HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
  • Plan and execute staff engagement activities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Prepare HR documentation and maintain filing systems.
  • Support the performance review process.
  • Assist in employee exit processes and feedback analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Preferred HR certification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR management experience
