Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager! In this role, you'll work closely with clients to ensure they are getting maximum value from our products, addressing their needs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand usage patterns and client feedback.
  • Advocate for customer needs during product development discussions.
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive customer engagement initiatives.
  • Establish success metrics and report on outcomes regularly.
  • Ensure clients are informed about new features and product updates.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead initiatives to continually improve customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the tech industry
