As an Event Planner at Events Unlimited, you will oversee the planning and execution of various events in the vibrant city of Durban. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of high-quality events within budget constraints.
• Ensure all events reflect the client’s vision and expectations.
• Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility through events.
• Create and manage guest lists, invitations, and other communication.
• Provide on-site coordination during events to manage staff and volunteers.
• Evaluate event success through feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a senior event planning role
