Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who is driven and passionate about ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will play a critical role in managing client relationships and facilitating their success with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Foster long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Handle customer queries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Provide onboarding support for new clients.
  • Regularly review account status and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer success or account management

Languages
