Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our customers, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your role is vital in uplifting customer satisfaction and fostering goodwill.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Document service details and feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Work on special projects to improve customer service workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers after resolving issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience
