Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the e-commerce budgets and performance metrics.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure the e-commerce site meets compliance and security standards.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess customer behavior and conversion rates.
• Experiment with new technology and tools that can benefit the e-commerce environment.
• Network with industry peers to stay ahead of e-commerce trends.
• Develop product catalog strategies that align with seasonal and trending offerings.
• Monitor and address any issues related to product returns and customer service.
• Regularly test and optimize the website for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with finance to handle pricing strategies impacting e-commerce.
• Participate in product development initiatives based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or diploma in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years experience with a focus on online sales and marketing
