Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will focus on the design and implementation of mechanical systems and products. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate new materials and technologies for mechanical applications.
• Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures.
• Coordinate with suppliers for project materials and components.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Implement best practices for mechanical design and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the engineering sector
