Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Document interactions and issue resolution in CRM software.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Any relevant diploma is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role is preferred
