Probation Officers and Correctional Treatment Specialists

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Probation Officers to ensure compliance with court orders while supporting offenders in their rehabilitation journey. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress, all while assisting individuals in reintegrating into the community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case files and documentation for court proceedings.
• Support court officials by providing timely information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients.
• Serve as a liaison between the legal system and the community.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.
• Advise offenders on compliance requirements and resources available.
• Conduct site visits as needed to verify compliance with probation conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a rehabilitation or corrections environment

Certifications

• Registered Probation Officer Certification
