Job Description

Looking for an experienced General Practitioner (GP) to enhance our healthcare team in Pretoria. As a GP, your primary focus will be on patient assessments, managing health records, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals for improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Run a busy clinic and manage patient flow efficiently.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
  • Consult with patients on health education and further treatments.
  • Assist in quality improvement projects within the practice.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous learning through professional development.
  • Provide prompt and compassionate responses to patient queries.
  • Maintain compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance practice performance.
  • Document all healthcare processes accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Further specialization in a medical field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in a hospital or clinic setting
