Job Description

As a Change Management Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in HR to facilitate transformative initiatives. You'll work with various stakeholders to develop change strategies that drive business success while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure project success and employee readiness.
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies for engaging them throughout the change process.
  • Create a change management strategy that effectively prepares business units for upcoming changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adapt approaches as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and change resilience within teams.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on change management best practices.

  • Develop and deploy tools to support change management activities across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Change Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in change management consulting or related field
