We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to drive HR transformation projects in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in change management methodologies, and an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure successful transitions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure project success and employee readiness.
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies for engaging them throughout the change process.
  • Create a change management strategy that effectively prepares business units for upcoming changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adapt approaches as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and change resilience within teams.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on change management best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge employee sentiment and readiness for change.
  • Develop and deploy tools to support change management activities across the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field is preferred
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) Certified change management practitioner with proven methodologies.
  • Project Management Skilled in managing projects with change components.
  • Data Analysis Ability to analyze data related to change initiatives.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Interpersonal Skills Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical and decision-making abilities for overcoming challenges.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)

  • Familiarity with Digital Transformation: Experience supporting organizations through digital change initiatives.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Experience: Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
