Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at Legal Solutions Group, you will provide expert legal counsel on various issues, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Draft and modulate complex legal documents.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent
• MSc in Law or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory, with a focus on corporate law preferred
