Field Service Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional on-site support for our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of engineering systems, with a focus on customer service and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service projects from conception to completion.
• Manage client expectations and deliver timely updates.
• Implement solutions that enhance equipment reliability.
• Evaluate and propose new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Provide feedback to management regarding client needs and service performance.

Requirements

Education

• BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in field service engineering

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
