Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close construction projects according to specifications.
• Create and implement project plans and scope documents.
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Train and guide junior project managers and team members.
• Ensure proper documentation for contracts, budgets, and project timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
