We are currently looking for passionate Retail Salespersons to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Retail Salesperson, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their shopping needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through effective selling strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies.
  • Promote loyalty programs and encourage sign-ups during transactions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure an attractive retail environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment
