As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our organization and the community. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement outreach programs that effectively connect individuals with essential resources and support services. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote community engagement, inclusion, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that promote community awareness and involvement.
• Create and maintain a network of volunteer coordinators and community advocates.
• Develop training materials for volunteers and community members.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
• Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to engage underrepresented populations in outreach programs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to skill-up community members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Studies or Non-Profit Management
• Master's degree preferred

• 3+ years in community engagement roles with proven impact
