Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Johannesburg, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You'll develop strong relationships, provide customer training, and coordinate between teams to deliver top-notch solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer success strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of client issues and queries.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with product updates.
  • Facilitate customer advocacy programs to increase referral opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on customer success metrics and share insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in customer success or client management roles
