Job Description

Join our vibrant team in Durban as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions on various platforms and provide consistent support.
  • Track and report common customer issues and feedback trends.
  • Ensure adherence to company’s service standards and policies.
  • Assist in creating customer support materials and resources.
  • Provide insights on how to enhance the customer experience based on feedback.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
