Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment

Technical Skills

• Help Desk software
• Data entry skills

Certifications

• Customer Support Specialist Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Multilingual skills: Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
