Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Optimization Manager who will be responsible for improving our supply chain process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management, focusing on implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with operations to align logistics strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze data to assess and enhance performance and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor logistics staff to meet operational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements in logistics.
  • Implement sustainable practices in logistics operations.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance for senior management.
  • Drive projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction through better logistics services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • MBA with a focus on Supply Chain is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics management
