Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives at Dynamic HR Solutions based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices, coupled with a strategic mindset to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in driving organizational change and culture enhancement.
  • Design and implement policies regarding employee development and welfare.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive.
  • Champion health and wellness initiatives for employees.
  • Oversee workforce planning and succession planning processes.
  • Develop HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
