Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain HR documentation and reporting.
  • Organize employee wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events.
  • Work closely with department heads to address HR-related issues.
  • Support layoffs and exit interviews when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification preferred

  • 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
