Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will identify and attract candidates using various recruitment methods, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate fit for client positions. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in securing the best talent for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in drafting and posting job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our recruitment services.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Foster a positive brand image of the company by promoting our values and mission in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
