Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support our teachers and help guide our students towards academic success. In this role, you will assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and student assessments, ensuring a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing tailored educational strategies for diverse learners.
• Assist in evaluating student progress through formal and informal assessments.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Support teachers in managing student behavior through positive reinforcement.
• Be a role model for students in behavior and academic values.
• Assist with special projects and presentations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Early Childhood Development or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Education preferred

Experience

• Experience working with children in a support role is advantageous

• CPR Certification

Languages
