Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist based in Johannesburg who will manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment and selection activities.
  • Support HR training and development initiatives for staff members.
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work with management to align HR policies with company goals.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and maintain the job classification system.
  • Participate in employee engagement surveys and data analysis.
  • Support health and safety programs and ensure workplace compliance.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate required reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on employee engagement
