Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager at E-commerce Innovations Ltd., you will oversee our online sales strategies, manage product listings, and lead our marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and sales. Your expertise in e-commerce best practices will help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with web developers and designers to maintain the e-commerce platform.
  • Create promotional campaigns, email newsletters, and social media strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with online retail regulations and standards.
  • Identify and implement new technology solutions to enhance the e-commerce experience.
  • Develop partnerships with payment gateways and delivery services.
  • Evaluate and select third-party vendors for online services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and optimize offerings.
  • Foster a customer-first culture by prioritizing customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales data to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy and online sales
