You will guide clients through the property buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process.
  • Create compelling property listings that attract buyers.
  • Host open houses and create a strong first impression.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.
  • Research properties and market conditions to provide accurate advice.
  • Build a strong network within the local community.
  • Assist with the negotiation process and facilitate offers.
  • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain relationships with clients after transactions for referrals.
  • Stay informed on local real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Property Management
  • Real Estate Management Certification
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in property sales and leasing
