Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture our key client accounts in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing client relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for key clients and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Create and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify additional products or services that can benefit clients.
  • Prepare regular account reports and presentations for management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve issues that may arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

  • 5+ years of proven experience in client-facing roles
