Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Cape Town. The right candidate will coordinate administrative functions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster an environment focused on patient care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise healthcare staff to enhance productivity.
• Oversee financial management, including billing and collections.
• Evaluate service quality metrics and recommend improvements.
• Maintain positive relationships with external healthcare partners.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff regarding operational issues.
• Analyze operational data to drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
