Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Cape Town team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer satisfaction and has a deep understanding of customer success principles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments with customers to gauge satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage customer onboarding and training programs effectively.
  • Analyze usage data to provide insights and recommend improvements.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Develop success plans and strategies tailored to individual customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
