Join our team as a Contracts Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing contracts effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments and ensure that contract obligations are met while minimizing risks. Ideal candidates will have experience in contract negotiation and management.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with an emphasis on risk mitigation.
  • Ensure proper documentation is acquired for all contracts.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on contract disputes.
  • Track contract performance and compliance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract database.
  • Conduct market research to inform contract negotiations.
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Supervise contract management team members and their activities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting contracts.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
