Job Description

As a Contract Manager in Pretoria, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify contract requirements and provide guidance on contract-related matters.
  • Provide training to team members on contract management best practices.
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Facilitate the negotiation terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare reports on contract performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Contract Management are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or related roles
