We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our HR department in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with our company goals. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and ensure feedback is constructive.
  • Consult with department heads to evaluate team structure and needs.
  • Monitor HR trends and best practices to innovate HR processes.
  • Establish and maintain HR databases and reporting systems.
  • Develop employee recognition and reward programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
