Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Johannesburg. The role involves optimizing product listings, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce team meetings to discuss project statuses, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with IT and web development teams to ensure smooth website functionality.
• Train and mentor team members on e-commerce best practices and tools.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and logistics partners to optimize product delivery.
• Experiment with A/B testing for website features and promotional strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing

Technical Skills

• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Google Analytics
