Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our technical support team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues for our customers. You will work closely with various teams to provide technical support and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for customer support queries.

  • Develop user training materials and documentation.
