Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Tech Innovations, you'll be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. You'll handle product queries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant customer service certification is desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
