Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the full scope of our services.
  • Implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction improvement.
  • Coordinate with help desk and technical support teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the customer journey.
  • Participate in customer success meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for customer engagement.
  • Generate reports on customer health metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a tech environment
