Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components and systems.
• Prepare detailed calculations and specifications.
• Review and analyze project plans for compliance with local codes.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure cohesive designs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods for cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project updates and design modifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• STAAD Pro
• ETABS

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
