Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to coordinate all aspects of our food and beverage services in Pretoria. You will be responsible for menu planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests and suppliers.
  • Facilitate staff training programs to enhance service delivery.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
  • Regularly assess guest satisfaction and service quality to make improvements.
  • Manage inventory and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Requirements

Education
  • Hospitality Management degree or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and management are a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage
