This role involves meeting with clients to discuss their wishes, guiding them through the necessary paperwork, and ensuring that all prearrangements are handled with the utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the funeral planning process, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Work with insurance companies and service providers to meet client needs.
• Prepare reports of consultations and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery.
• Support families during the grieving process by offering resources and referrals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Funeral service education or related experience preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related sectors, familiarity with the funeral service industry preferred.
