We are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our store operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in sales and team management. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store meets financial and operational targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate team members.
• Manage stock levels and ensure optimal product displays.
• Compile sales reports and present findings to management.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage in strategic planning to enhance store performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
• MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or related field
