Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Durban to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, sourcing, and placing high-caliber candidates in leading companies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Assist clients in defining their recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.
  • Provide candidate feedback to clients and ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or HR
