Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in the industry

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in HVAC systems: Knowledge in the design and implementation of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles: Experience in applying Lean principles in engineering processes.
