Job Description

As a Tree Topper, you will be responsible for safely climbing trees to attach and secure decorative ornaments and accessories. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our installations are both aesthetically pleasing and secure.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize proper climbing techniques and tools to scale trees.
  • Securely attach and balance tree decorations.
  • Conduct safety inspections of trees prior to climbing.
  • Maintain all climbing and safety equipment in top condition.
  • Work alongside other team members to ensure project completion.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff in tree climbing methods.
  • Keep precise records of tree health observations.
  • Ensure all workspaces are organized and safe.
  • Provide feedback for improving operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tree care or horticulture related courses preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience as a tree topper or in a related field is advantageous
