Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Operations Lead to oversee our Cape Town property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a passionate team. You will play a critical role in enhancing guest satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team to ensure smooth daily hotel functions.
  • Develop training programs to enhance guest service quality.
  • Create a budget plan and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate special events and tailor services to meet guest expectations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for all departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Guide staff in the execution of service excellence strategies.
  • Respond to guest reviews and manage online reputation.
  • Execute strategies for staff retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive hotel goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in senior hotel management roles
