Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR functions in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, and manage conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Lead HR initiatives that nurture a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads on HR functions.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and HR metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
